The aromatherapy for emotions depends on how you prepare essential oils for yourself, so, below are some tips that you can use to make your essential oils. The oils can be used to get rid of those emotion blues.

Blend or diffuse the essential oils with 1 tablespoon carrier oil for bath or massage.
