Herbal remedies for curing Peptic Ulcer


Peptic ulcer is caused by random work pressure and stress. All this is the outcome of too much smoking, drinking, irregular food habits and high intake of caffeine. Peptic ulcer is included with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer. It is also caused by excess usage of spicy foods and pain-killer tablets.

1.Cabbage

Thus, drink a glass of cabbage juice every day. Besides, intake of cabbage also has the curative power for the peptic ulcers but it works slower than the juice.

2.Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne Pepper also helps treat ulcers. Take cayenne pepper and pour ¼ teaspoon in one cup of hot water. Drink it daily. The components of cayenne pepper help cure ulcers and stop the infection from further spreading.

3.Flavonoids

Bioflavonoid controls the growth of H. pylori, which, consequently, aids to cure ulcers effectively. It can also reduce inflammation produced by peptic ulcer. So, increase the intake of onions, parsley, licorice, palms, berries and red cabbage.

4.Bilberry and Calendula Tincture

Bilberry and calendula tincture also prove to be highly helpful for the treatment of peptic ulcer. Bilberry brags protecting stomach & intestines from swelling. Anti-inflammatory components of Calendula tincture also help heal procedure of peptic ulcer.

5.Diet

Last but not the least, your diet must have wheat, honey, rice, beans, sugar, white gourd melon, bottle gourd, pointed gourd, coconut, lady’s finger, pomegranate and milk.

Keep yourself away from oily and spicy foods. Garlic, Yogurt, black gram and cloves are not advised to be used as well.
