The pelvic muscles are those that one uses to stop urination. It is recommended that one should do the exercise 3 sets a day with 8 times per set.
By controlling the process of ejaculation one can prevent premature ejaculation. This occurs mainly due to the bad habit of fast masturbation in younger age. As we always try to finish it in a hurry that affects the process of controlling ejaculation. This habit of fast ejaculation carried even in the bedroom after marriage and mars the joy of sex lives.
By practicing the stop and start method one can gain control over the ejaculation. This could be exercised by stimulating yourself until the need for ejaculation and then stop it. The process should be repeated after a while of relaxation. One should not neglect PE.
